Return Policy

RETURNS:

  • You have a 14-day window from the time of shipment to return the items!
  • We do not issue refunds. We ONLY issue store credit!! If the mistake is on our part  or an item is damaged, you will be credited by the method you paid, but ONLY  if the mistake was on our part.
  • All returns must be shipped back to our P.O. Box 2826 Clanton Al. 35046, and credits will not be sent until we receive the item(s) back.
  • Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, Bralettes, and hats/beanies will be FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged!

EXCHANGES:

  • Customer will cover return shipping and shipping back, we cover the first shipping on all orders over $50. Exchanges shipping will be on the customer, unless it is a mess up on our part!! 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • We try our best with each order, we ask that you check your order ASAP for any issues or damage and get back to us within 2 days! We are not responsible for packages after they are scanned into USPS.
